If you believe you have received defective or incorrect merchandise (style, color), you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will then determine if you are eligible for exchange or store credit and we will provide you with a prepaid label. After 48 hours, your item will fall within the 14 or 30 day policy described above. Damaged items must be unworn, repacked in the original packaging it came in. Please email us with the your order number, a description of the damage, and if possible, a photograph of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org

Gold plating does not last forever. Please handle the jewelry with care by storing neatly and keeping away from perfume, hair styling products and body lotions. Some people’s natural body chemistry or place of habitation may oxidize or change the color of the plating. Do not wear your items in the shower, to the gym or the beach.
